viva-wine.com/winery-terms is the public Winery Terms, with no fees on it and nothing to accept. What you issue says which of the two
agreements the winery is on and at what amounts; both land on its acceptance row (§5.11(d)). A winery never reads "v1", "v2" or
"Order Form" — it reads Customer Agreement, because "order" means a buyer's purchase. Current versions:
